If win today is a rare record of winning

Bangladesh will take on Zimbabwe in the second match of the two-match T20 series against Zimbabwe today (11th March). The match will start at 6pm.

Gazi TV will be shown live. And today the win will be a rare record - for the first time Bangladesh will win three editions against a team. Besides, the three editions in a series will be the first to win all matches.

The last chance to win in three editions against a team came before Bangladesh on November-December 2018. Bangladesh lost the ODI series after being whitewashed in the West Indies. But in the T20, the Caribbean won 2–1. Bangladesh won 5-0 in ODIs after beating Zimbabwe 3-0 in the T20. The service was not a T20 series.

This time there was no series in the test. There was only one match, Bangladesh won the innings in the Test in Mirpur. Then, in the three matches of the one-day series in Sylhet, Bangladesh dropped three hundred, set a record and reached every match. Dupate has won two matches in the other two ODIs.

Zimbabwe could not get enough of a fight in the first match of the T20 series. Before the last match, Mehdi Hasan of Bangladesh said the team wants to oust Zimbabwe again. This all-rounder, however, does not want to be overly confident in the demand, 'since we have shown a great deal in Test, ODIs and first Twenty20 matches, no matter what, I will play that way.'

The T20 World Cup will be held in Australia in October this year. Bangladesh has taken Zimbabwe series as a preparation before that. Especially before the World Cup stage, the four-sixes want to tweak the format.

Bangladesh will be keeping an eye on the upcoming T20 World Cup in this series. The rest of the World Cup is 7 months. There are two matches in this series, including Nine in the bilateral series, with the Asia Cup.
